After my Tantra Teacher Training

I have the honour to have completed the 500-hour face-to-face Tantra Teacher Training, a journey that unfolded over two years with the international school Tantra Essence.

My teacher is Ma Ananda Sarita, a 70-year-old mystic who was a direct disciple and the right hand of Osho. She is one of the most respected Tantra masters in the world.

This was the most serious, complex, deep, and challenging transformational journey I have ever embarked on. It felt more as a modern times mystery school.

A true condensation of ancient ways of becoming a spiritual disciple.

It felt like a true coming home.

In our final session, I shared with my teachers and peers that I had this strange sensation that it was a profound remembering of an inner knowing, as if retrieved from an ancient timeline imprinted in my consciousness.

I have always been a Tantrika, even before I knew what that meant.

And many of us are.

You feel strange or different because you sense so much on an energetic level—life moves through you with intensity. But it is never “too much.”

It’s about whether the system around you can reflect and hold parts of the truth we all deeply long for.

My official name is Sofia, and my full sannyas name is Ma Bhakti Sofia, which means: Universal Mother, Goddess of Wisdom and Devotion.

I took part in a powerful rebirth ceremony and commitment to the spiritual path—sannyas—and it was nothing short of magical.

I dedicate my life to embodying and being in service to those who are ready to remember their true nature, to elevate consciousness and awaken conscious love for all that exists.

I have taken on the mission to support, empower, and serve those who themselves serve others, becoming embodied leaders of the new world—where body, mind, and soul are integrated, all vibrating in the frequency of the heart.

I commit to creating offerings, programs, products, and services that serve the highest good of the whole system, so that each person may live the Heaven on Earth we all dream of.

That Heaven on Earth is already here, in each moment we connect to the highest frequencies of love and divine authenticity.

After these two years of embodied experience, I now know how Heaven feels and looks like for me.

It is made of freedom, presence, joy, magic, love, radiant divine power, mastery, and creative expression.

Not only is it possible—it is our true nature.

When every human around us feels free to be who they truly are, their authentic Self, everything comes into resonance—like an orchestra tuning in.

We are energetic beings.

Mastering the art of energetic alchemy and magic is the greatest gift we can offer to our soul and to this Earth in this lifetime.
