Feel-o-Sofia is not just a name or a fancy composition of words. It’s a philosophy of life.

Feel deeply. Look at that experience as a piece of the bigger puzzle. Contemplate what you feel. Play with it as if you have a Rubik’s cube. An insight naturally comes out of a playful contemplation at the right time. These insights stack as wisdom.

Feeling → Bigger picture → Insight → Wisdom = Feel-O-Sofia.

This is my invitation. This is what I’ll share and philosophise about. I want to show you what is possible through my real life stories, rather than theories and advices.

My neurodivergent mind will take you to many places in one article, different feelings, different subjects, different tones of voices and archetypes that I am embodying. We will travel inner universes in a playful and shapeshifting way.

Take a deep breath and come with me. Feel.

I love Life. I love having a body. I love being alive. And this is what I consider magic. Life. Aliveness. Vibrating. Love. Joy. Being.

One of the most powerful moments of my life was during a plant medicine ceremony. I found myself crying, laughing, and screaming, repeating over and over again: “I fucking love this Game. I love this Game soooo much!” I meant every word and all the double senses.

Because for me, Life is a game. A divine play. A love game. A theatre where we each chose our roles before entering the stage. You, as a soul, chose to come here. To play. To experience. To evolve.

You chose the character you are now. And what a great choice. What a beautiful game you are playing. I can already feel you since you are on this page. And I am already curious to know more about your game this time around. What did you choose and why?

And this game? It gets even more fascinating once you realise you’re in one. That’s when the level shifts. You are no longer only the character. You become the conscious player. In the end, you are: The observer. The creator. The director.

It’s like waking up in a dream and realising you are dreaming—and then, being able to shape the dream itself. Which is a learnable skill.

From that point, almost anything becomes possible. You start writing your own reality. And yet, here lies a beautiful paradox I’ve experienced: we have free will, but simultaneously, nothing is truly in our individual hands.

Some mystics call this “choiceless awareness.” I call it Divine Flow.

You can experience this state of surrender when you raise your consciousness through love and presence. Biochemically, your serotonin levels are higher, which is what the plant medicine do or the shared feeling of love.

Surrendering to Divine Flow has been the most beautiful, humbling, and emotional experience of my life. In those moments, I’ve felt the oneness of all being. I’ve known Love with a capital L. Love as everything. Love as Home. I was Home.

This state is what we seek—consciously or unconsciously—feeling truly Home. Love. Heaven on Earth. I believe it’s both where we come from and where we’re headed.

But how do we reach and stay in that state, beyond peak experiences or any enhancements?

By being fully present with all that we are, in every moment, with loving awareness. This is echoed in the teachings of Jesus, the Buddha, and most other mystics.

The simplicity of this truth holds within it the complexity of the Game. We each chose slightly different versions of it. Some of us picked harder missions where being present and relax into Love is hard. Because Love meens to love ALL parts of you, even the ones deemed “shameful” or “mean” or “selfish” or “dark”.

The Game has been distorted in many ways and the shadows and fears clouded us for longer than needed. It’s time to integrate them, love them and awaken our inner dragons.

We are living in unprecedented times. A mass awakening is unfolding. More people are remembering. More are waking up to the truth: that we are here to live. To love. To co-create. To enjoy. To laugh. To evolve together.

I know that for some this sounds woo-woo. Take it as a metaphor.

I come from a family of physicists, 6 of them to be precise. I fought this worldview for many years. My rational mind still questions it. But I feel it so clearly and undeniably that nothing can shake this feeling away. Let’s bridge the mind and the heart.

I know I cannot convince anyone. These are truths to be felt and lived not only understood.

And here’s what I know:

I believe in human nature.

I love Life.

I love this Game.

And I care deeply.

I will share and write about life from this perspective of the cosmic game.

Don’t ask me to pick a specific subject, a niche or fit into a box. I’m not here to be explained. Feel what I write. Feel what I live. Let my stories move you.

These stories are not about me. They are the stories of Life.

Because of my love of Life, I hold this insane belief: if everyone could feel the world through my filter, we’d be living a magical, joyous, fun, creative, juicy, playful and pretty grounded and powerful version of Heaven on Earth.

I don’t have answers. But I see timelines. I see possibilities.

And I believe what we focus on, materialises.

This is individual work, yes. But it’s also collective.

We must hold each other toward peace, power, joy, and creation.

And here is one last perspective:

Yes most of us are stressed, tired, numbed, and our nervous systems are stretched. But we finally realise we were in a loop. We could consider ourselves to be like addicts, because we were. Addicted to fear and the negative narrative. It helped us survive in a world where survival was in jeopardy. It brought us where we are today. But now? It’s time to unplug from victimhood and fear. To choose trust in Life. To liberate our inner potential, our inner dragon. To remember.

And above all: to remember why we are here.

To live.

To play.

To feel.

To love.
